Return & Exchange Policy

At Mana Steps, every pair is created with care, creativity, and the spirit of Aloha.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Standard Collection

Items from our Standard Aloha Collection may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Shoes must be unworn and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging, drawstring bag, and tags must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment (excluding shipping charges).

Custom & Personalized Designs

Because each custom and personalized pair is individually created specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We encourage customers to carefully review all design selections, personalization details, sizing, and color choices before placing an order.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
